    Why the eliquibrate does not change the osmolarity on the interstial space??? Osmolarity is concentration, if water comes out, the osmolarity must change

    Wait! But...... Why does equilibrating not change the osmolarity of the interstitial fluid?!!! Is it because of the simultanous accumulation of ions from the pump on the ascending limb??
